Neuro-Muscular Therapy is a highly effective technique…similar to Acupressure.  The therapist uses fingers, thumbs and elbows to stimulate the muscles to release and relax. This will allow the flow of fresh blood through the muscle tissue, which facilitates healing. This treatment is generally done with the client fully clothed. But it can be used in conjunction with the Deep tissue massage as needed.

 

Deep Tissue or Sport Massage is the most familiar treatment for most people seeking a massage. Sore muscles from exercise, stress, injury or chronic pain can benefit from this type of massage. Although it is somewhat similar to a Swedish Massage it is much deeper and at times can be intense. But it's that good hurt that lets you know that your muscles are responding positively to the massage.

 

Swedish Massage is for relaxation and restoration. You’ll feel firm yet gentle pressure which will allow your mind and muscles to relax, your energy to strengthen and your body to heal naturally.
